Hi. The literature folder seems to be missing its contribute button.

I have a Question for any and all, I am in a bad state of mind and I am in need of a EMOTON, PSYCHI, MENTAL CLEANSING RITUAL. I remeber a friend once using cord or yarn, vines or soft wood and a binding type of ritual. That person is no longer here so I can not ask her. I am a Solitary practioner and have no circle to turn to. Also no $. Needs to use found objects or things that I may have on hand. Any advice is welcome!
